Today in this moment I am thankful for my strength and my success. I am grateful for the perceived failures that are lessons for me on my path. In this moment, I choose balance. I choose to release that which is weighing me down or keeping me in the clouds. I strive for an acceptance of all my emotions, good, bad whatever, I accept and own them all. I choose to listen to my body, mind and spirit and move in a direction that stabilizes me and promotes balance. I choose to remember that balance must start in my thoughts and go to my words and then my actions for it to be long lasting and genuine. I recognize that this is a continuous process and allow myself to stumble so I may pick myself up stronger than ever.
