The Conscious Agora

In May 2016, Derrick Broze began brainstorming a concept for a homesteading project based in Texas. Over time the project involved into a plan for an intentional community built around individual liberty, permaculture principles, and mindfulness known as The Conscious Agora. In 2020, Derrick and Miriam Gomez switched their focus to creating the community in the mountains of Michoacán, Mexico. Learn more here.
