What I learned from the Wim Hof Method

Recently I had my first “Ice Bath” experience at the Omziel Healing Sanctuary in North Bergen NJ. Omziel facilitates monthly meditations, breath work and  ice bath plunges. My initial reaction was “No way! I am NOT getting in icy cold water in the middle of winter!” then I thought to myself… wow that was a very strong reaction, maybe I should do the ice bath just push myself out of my comfort zone. Dr. Joe Dispenza and the field of epigenetics teaches us that when we have new experiences we create new neural pathways in the brain that expand our consciousness.

So I decided to give it a go. In this video I share my thoughts after integrating from the experience.
