Building parallel systems, when done right, is entirely in line with focusing on people’s awareness of objective morality. Truly living the morality of natural law automatically has to result in building parallel systems which are not morally corrupt.
So, in my opinion, building parallel systems has nothing to do with prepping for doomsday. The awareness of doomsday scenarios does come into play due to the absolut need to make the parallel systems we build resilient against the powers that should not be. If we are not aware of what they are capable of and are not ready for what may be coming, we will fail to achieve that resilience.
